I don’t have an athletic body. Can I still join your martial arts training sessions?
Yes, you can still join martial arts training sessions. The sessions are tailored to meet the individual fitness needs of the students.
How well-trained are your instructors?
Our instructors are highly skilled and well-trained martial artists.They have undergone rigorous training in India and abroad and have years of experience in their respective martial arts disciplines. They have trained under Shifu Kanishka and International Grand masters. Additionally, they continuously update their knowledge and teaching methods to ensure the highest quality instruction for our students. You will be learning from some of the best in the field.
Can I do a trial to see if I like martial arts?
We offer a paid trial class for adults and children. This trial class allows you to decide if martial arts is the right choice for you.
What diet should I follow while attending your training sessions?
While we don't prescribe specific diets, we do encourage our students to maintain a balanced and healthy diet that suits their individual needs. Nutrition is an essential aspect of martial arts training, and our instructors can provide general guidance on nutrition and hydration to help you optimize your performance and overall well-being.

What age can children begin training?
We welcome children as young as 5 years old to start their martial arts training with us. Our programs for kids are age-appropriate, safe, and designed to instill discipline, confidence, and physical fitness while having fun.
What should my child wear to his first class?
For your child's first class, a comfortable trackpants and uniform tshirts and hoodies can be purchased at the center. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and ensuring your child is wearing clean athletic shoes with non-marking soles.
Why don't you use the traditional white uniform?
While the traditional white uniform is iconic in martial arts, we prefer attire that is both practical and comfortable for training. This attire allows for a wide range of motion and is easy to maintain.
What martial art will my child learn?
For young children we offer the 5 animal Kung fu which is an effective neuromuscular training program. Our instructors will work with you and your child to make the best selection for their goals and preferences as they progress.
