Shaolin Gurukul FAQ's

Shaolin Gurukul is a residential martial art training school, located in Pangot, near Nainital, Uttarakhand.

• We organize only short duration residential training camps at the Gurukul. The duration of these camps varies from a week up to a months duration.
• Training at the Shaolin Gurukul is a great opportunity to train with Shifu Kanishka Personally.
• A typical days t raining duration at Shaolin Gurukul camp is five hours of intensive training, with breaks.
• There are no long term courses happening at Shaolin Gurukul. The maximum we have is one month. There are no regular classes happening at Gurukul.
• The Gurukul is only operational when we have our scheduled camps. The rest of the time it is closed.
• The location and climate of Gurukul make it ideal for hard training. The campus is located in Pangot ( near Nainital ) in the valley of the beautiful Kumaon hills, surrounded by a lively mountain stream. Similar to Shaolin Temple in China, students have to trek for a distance to reach it and begin their journey of self-discovery.
